Hummus

  • 1 can chickpeas (also called garbanzo beans)
  • 1/3 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
  • 3 cloves roasted garlic
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Pop all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until smooth, scraping sides occasionally. Serve with pita chips and fresh cut-up veggies. Makes about 2 cups dip.
